    Hello,

In this video I will show you how to edit and publish your video presentations with Maker. First, you must download and install Maker through the link on your screen.

Once installed, a new icon will appear on your desktop. Through Maker, you can edit and publish a saved project with our PowerPoint plugin. Your documents must have already been synchronized to your video. For more information on this, please see the video "How to capture a video with Maker“ via the link on your screen.

You can also create a new project to manually index a video with an outline, documents, keywords and a transcript. Just click on "Create New Project" and import your video file here. The Maker editing interface is divided into three parts:

In the top left, you can find your media.

On the right, a space is devoted to four major parts which are:
    -Outline
    -Documents
    -Keywords
    -Transcript.

Finally, at the bottom you will find the timeline that represents the chronology of the media. It allows you to view and edit the already synchronized elements.

With Maker, simply index your video with a detailed outline.

To do this, pause the media when you want to index a title.

Go to the “Outline" and click the "New" tab.

Enter your title, select the header level, and click "Synchronize".

You can also change the title. To do this, double click on it, make your change, and tap the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

You can also synchronize slides with video.

First, open your PowerPoint and save it in JPEG format. A folder containing all of your slides will be created on your computer.

Then, pause the media when you want to synchronize a slide.

Go to the "Documents" tab in the menu under "Slides" and click "New."

Select your slide with the "Browse" button. If you wish, you can associate a title and keywords.

Finally, select your slide and synchronize it by clicking on "displayed slide" or “related slide“ buttons.

In the final video presentation, synchronized documents will be displayed simultaneously with the playing video. They will be directly visible to the listener. These supporting documents serve as an information bank that complements the speech and can be consulted when in need of more support. To synchronize web links to your video, pause the media when you want to synchronize a web link.

Go to the "Documents" tab in the menu, click "Links" and then "New."

Specify your web link, title and description. You can also pause the main media when the link will be displayed. Then synchronize it as a displayed or related document.

With Maker, you can quickly synchronize all types of documents with your video.

To do this, pause the media at the time you want to synchronize a document.

Go to the "Documents" tab in the menu under "Documents" and click "New".

Select your document with the "Browse" button. Synchronize here any document type: Flash, video, PDF... Then specify its title and description. You can also pause the main media when it is displayed. If there is a video or flash animation, you can automatically restart the main media at the end of the display.
Finally, synchronize it as a displayed or related document.

To index your video with keywords, pause the media when you want to index a keyword.

Go to "Keywords" and click the "New" tab.

Enter one or more keywords. Separate each keyword with a semicolon and click "Synchronize".

To change a keyword, double click on it, make your change, and tap the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Finally, to index your video with a transcript, pause the media when you want to index it.

Go to the "Transcript" tab and click "New".

Type your transcript and click "Synchronize".

You can change a transcript if necessary by double clicking on it, then make your change, and tap the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

In video editing software, the timeline represents the duration of the video and allows you to view all the previously synchronized items.
Each element indexed to a specific section of the speech is represented by its category. You can move and edit them directly from the timeline. Before you publish your presentation, we urge you to check your work. To do this, click "Preview," watch the video, and verify that your synchronizations are in order. Make the necessary changes and publish your presentation on your platform by clicking on "Publish". Now you know how to edit, preview, and publish a video presentation with Maker.
